We work with a number of Dutch growers who pack the order for us in the morning before they are shipped, so the plants stay nice and fresh.

In addition, the plants are packed in such a way that they have the space and create their own mini climate in the packaging, which in turn ensures that your plants arrive beautiful and healthy.

As soon as your plants have been shipped you will receive a track and trace from one of our carriers such as: Postnl, dpd, dhl.

Average arrival time of your order will then take between 1 and 4 days.

We ship within the Netherlands and Belgium.

The costs are: Netherlands €6.14

Belgium €7.44

Returns:

Can you return plants?
Plants and flowers are exempt from the right of return

This means that the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt expires. Plants and flowers are exempt from this. “Fresh products cannot be returned because they spoil or age quickly”.
In addition, a plant pot can of course be exchanged within the 14-day reflection period and provided that the item has not been used.
However, we are not the most difficult and we will always see what we can do for you if you unexpectedly decide to cancel your purchase.

When returning a product, the costs incurred for the return shipment will be for you.!!

If your order arrives broken or damaged, please take photos of it as it arrived, i.e. in the box it was delivered in, with the stickers visible.

Please send us an email with photo(s) attached so that we can get to work to deliver you a beautiful plant.
